Job Description - Product Manager

We’re seeking a driven Product Manager with deep expertise in the UK mortgage market to lead the development of innovative web applications within our cloud-based SaaS Core Banking Engine.

We're looking for someone who can not only focus on specific product journeys but also strategically guide the entire platform's evolution in the UK market. You’ll be at the forefront of building and evolving customer-centric solutions, working closely with teams to ensure our applications meet the unique regulatory and market demands of the UK financial services sector, particularly in mortgage origination.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, market-leading SaaS solutions tailored to UK financial institutions.
Own the product roadmap for UK mortgage origination solutions, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and drives business growth.
Lead the high pace and agile development of web applications (UI & Backend) aimed at improving mortgage origination processes, with a focus on maintaining customer engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improving origination workflows and maintaining a strong user experience.
Drive product launches and communicate the unique value proposition of our mortgage origination solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the product strategy balances immediate business needs with long-term goals for the UK mortgage market.

You have proven experience in product management, specifically within UK mortgages, preferably in mortgage origination.
You have experience with SaaS or cloud-based products, especially in financial technology.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
You have strong understanding of the entire mortgage origination lifecycle, from lead generation to completion, and how technology can streamline these processes.
You have experience in digital transformation, with a focus on improving workflows for brokers and financial institutions while maintaining strong relationships with all parties is a plus.
Bonus: Experience in developing broker portals or similar solutions that serve as key touchpoints between brokers and financial services.
