岗位描述：
1、负责研究用户职位搜索行为习惯，提升搜索产品的用户价值和易用性；日常跟踪观察竞争对手产品、用户情况，定期分析；
2、负责职位搜索产品的策划、设计，编写产品设计说明书；
3、协调实施产品研发，达成产品设计目标，对产品效果负责；
4、负责搜索新产品的概念设计、原型设计，协调研发资源实现产品原型；
5、跟踪上线产品的用户反馈，优化产品设计方案，推动提升产品质量，对用户满意度负责。
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历,两年以上互联网工作经验，有搜索行业产品或运营经验优先；
2、较强的逻辑思维与系统分析能力，了解互联网产品的开发基本流程；
3、熟悉用户研究、可用性研究以及交互设计相关知识，可以独立完成整个交互设计过程（对流程图、线框图等等交互设计方法能熟练应用）；
4、对从事互联网行业充满热情和梦想，思维活跃，富有创新精神，能承受较大的工作压力。
