The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of software products to ensure they meet company objectives and deliver outstanding user experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, UX design, and leadership teams to bring product ideas to life—driving from concept to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect awesome products that align with our company vision.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define the right product; write clear requirement documents and user stories.
- Guide UX designers to create clean, effective, and intuitive user interfaces.
- Monitor progress and remove blockers in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Test, assess, and iterate on the product until it’s great.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or project management, preferably in a software or tech environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) is preferred.
- Maintains a positive attitude and handles change professionally.
