Product Manager

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll own the product end-to-end — from defining strategy to execution and measurement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing to ensure that what we build drives measurable value for both customers and the business. Once joining, you’d focus on the products for investing in stocks, cryptocurrencies and ETF.

This role reports to Chief Product Officer and is based in Riga.

You will:

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with Mintos’ long-term goals.


• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product goals and initiatives.


• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.


• Conduct and leverage user research and data analysis to inform prioritization and measure success.


• Build strong cross-departmental relationships to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution.


• Mentor junior product team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning.


• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that our products deliver both business and user value.


• Drive go-to-market strategy and manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical delivery.

Your professional skills and background

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, ideally in a tech-driven or financial product environment.


• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping successful products at scale.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define KPIs and interpret data; experience conducting or leveraging user research to guide decisions.


• Excellent understanding of technical systems, architecture, and dependencies.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — able to influence across departments and leadership levels.


• Comfortable balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision
