Product Manager

HR INFLUENCE is eager to onboard a dedicated Product Manager to spearhead our product life-cycles from the conceptualization phase to the delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to fully understand the company's mission and lead the product team to success. The responsibility of driving product strategy, prioritizing features, and coordinating product schedules will be a significant part of your job. In addition to owning the strategy behind the product, you will be expected to lead cross-functional teams from the product's conception until its launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in association with senior management and stakeholders.
• Translate business strategy into product strategy.
• Oversee the product development process from inception to launch ensuring that the product aligns with the company’s vision and meets market needs.
• Collaborate with various departments including Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to launch products and drive product adoption.
• Facilitate product training to internal teams including Sales and Customer Support to ensure product success in the market.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and strategy.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Engineering background is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech company.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful product launches.
• Experience using common product management software (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
• An understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to bridge gaps and collaborate with different functional groups to achieve product success.
