Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, adoption, and continuous improvement of critical technology platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, customers, and the software engineering team, this role ensures our platforms deliver measurable business value while supporting the company's overall market strategy.
The Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer and the business within the product development process. They define product priorities, maintain the product roadmap, and balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations to guide investment decisions.
This role does not manage software development resources or own day-to-day customer account relationships. Instead, it partners closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and other business leaders to ensure applications continue to evolve as strategic platforms for both Veseris and its customers.
