Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  


• Analyze market trends, competition, customer needs, and business performance to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
  


• Plan and manage marketing, branding, promotional, and communication activities.
  


• Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
  


• Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance reporting.
  


• Develop and manage partner/distributor strategies and support product allocation and commercialization.
  


• Work cross-functionally to ensure product quality, supply stability, and operational effectiveness.
  


• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to leverage resources and support business objectives.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, business planning, or a related field.
  


• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
  


• Understanding of financial concepts such as profitability, cost management, and ROI.
  


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  


• Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
  


• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint/Word skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business plans.
  


• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, dental, or another regulated industry.
  


• Sales or commercial experience.
  


• Experience working with distributors, partners, or international organizations.
