Job Description - Product Manager

Ari is changing the way bicycles are designed, built, purchased and assembled. We don’t sell bicycles, we deliver experiences. Our personalized approach means each bike is custom built to the rider. Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate person to join our team and lead the development of certain bikes in our product line. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class bicycles that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market needs and competitive analysis.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to launch.
Manage the product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, inventory planning, and end-of-life strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by gathering and incorporating feedback from customers, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
Support sales and marketing efforts with product knowledge, training, and promotional materials.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the bicycle industry.
Strong understanding of bicycle design, engineering principles, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market research, and customer feedback.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for cycling and a deep understanding of the cycling community and market trends.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for innovation.
