Role Title: Procurement Specialist

SUMMARY:

This role will bridge the gap between procurement execution, budgetary oversight, and governance. The ideal candidate brings ERP experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create requisitions in the company’s ERP system

- Work with procurement to obtain Purchase Orders

- Map invoices back to purchase orders

- Monitor capital and expense spends

- Create and utilize existing dashboards to help with budget tracking

- Assist with some Release Management and change management tasks

- Pull reports to support various governance initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of progressive experience in procurement. Experience within food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or heavy manufacturing is a plus.
  

• Experience operating within major ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) required.
  

• Proven ability to handle governance/compliance and change management independently.
