DESCRIPTION

Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Change Management Operations with strong organizational and communication skills to own the overall Customer Adoption and Engagement operations product. You will design and own the intake and prioritization process, as well as the testing process and making recommendations based on results. You partner closely with the Product Marketing team to obtain content, and deploy on time in the proper channel, to the right audience. You will define a new channel experimentation process, and support the Product Marketing team with content testing. You also own collecting and analyzing communications performance, and change management process CSAT data and provide improvement recommendations. You will be a strong advocate for an iterative model, with the ability to communicate at all levels, develop and support relationships, drive results, and demonstrate proficiency with communications technology.

An ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence and being a steward for change management. They inspect processes to find new ways to invent and simplify. They also benchmark with other teams and introduce new ways to reach our diverse customers at scale.


Key job responsibilities
- Manage overall intake and prioritization process for Customer Adoption and Engagement mechanisms and communication channels
- Manage deployment of customer-facing communications through existing channels
- Create and own new channel testing process, including assessing the functionality against the need.
- Strategic coordination of customer-facing content across platforms
- Manage relationship with third-party vendor, Pendo.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience working cross functionally, including across levels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Master's degree in management, business administration, communications, or marketing
- Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently
- High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go.
- A passion for invention, experimentation, and learning.
- Quick self-started learner with a desire to deep dive and leverage data.
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
- Self-started learner with a desire to deep dive and build fast.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver independently with limited guidance.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
