🚀 CUJO AI® is a leader in artificial intelligence solutions for network service providers. We use machine learning and real-world data to develop cybersecurity, device intelligence, network intelligence, and parental control solutions that make internet connections safer for millions of homes.Â
About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Device Intelligence to join our Product team.Â
In this role, you will own the product roadmap and delivery for CUJO AI’s Device Intelligence (DI) product line — one of our core offerings for tier-1 Network Service Providers (NSPs) worldwide. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating market needs, competitive insights, and data-driven analysis into a clear product vision and actionable priorities for engineering teams.Â
You will also champion the integration of AI and LLM-based capabilities to continuously raise the quality, coverage, and automation of device intelligence systems — working at the intersection of cutting-edge networking technology and practical product delivery.Â
Location: This position is remote-friendly. While we ideally seek to fill the role in the UK, candidates based in other European countries will also be considered.Â
In This Role, You Will:Â
Product Planning & Roadmap OwnershipÂ
- Own the Device Intelligence product roadmap and drive quarterly planning, setting and communicating priorities across our strategic themes.Â
- Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear priority frameworks aligned to business value, customer KPIs, and engineering capacity.Â
- Lead initiative definition through structured discovery cycles — scoping opportunities and progressing items from research through design to implementation.Â
- Contribute to release planning and set delivery expectations across sprint and quarterly cadences with engineering and delivery leads.Â
Feature Definition & Technical RequirementsÂ
- Author detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and acceptance criteria for DI capabilities.Â
- Serve as product owner across multiple engineering teams (Cloud, Firmware, Research, QA), providing direction and removing blockers to delivery.Â
- Define and validate LLM-assisted and AI-augmented product workflows, including automated feature extraction pipelines and data labelling tooling.Â
- Evaluate and define requirements for emerging networking standards relevant to device identification (Wi-Fi 7/MLO, Matter/Thread, mDNS, DHCP, HTTP User-Agent).Â
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementÂ
- Act as the product contact for Device Intelligence for strategic Tier-1 NSP accounts, leading product reviews, roadmap and requirements alignment.Â
- Synthesize customer feedback and field data into actionable product improvements and updated feature priorities.Â
- Support Sales and Customer Success with competitive positioning, value proposition materials, and solution design for new accounts.Â
Competitive Intelligence & Market ResearchÂ
- Organize structured competitive analyses, benchmarking CUJO AI’s capabilities against market alternatives on accuracy, feature breadth, and commercial positioning.Â
- Monitor market trends, customer technology migrations (e.g. Wi-Fi 7, IoT protocol adoption), and evolving NSP requirements to keep the roadmap forward-looking.Â
Cross-functional Collaboration & Agile DeliveryÂ
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring engineering teams have well-defined and prioritized work at all times.Â
- Actively resolve impediments impacting release or sprint goals; escalate blockers promptly with proposed mitigations.Â
- Maintain accurate product documentation — including quarterly plans, decision logs, and feature specifications.Â
What We’re Looking For:Â
- Experience in product management for a technical B2B software product, ideally in networking, cybersecurity, or IoT.Â
- Solid understanding of device intelligence or related domain: device fingerprinting, network traffic analysis, or protocol-level identification.Â
- Ability to define product requirements for AI/ML systems, including LLM-assisted workflows, clustering algorithms, automated labelling, and model lifecycle management.Â
- Networking and IoT protocol literacy: Wi-Fi 802.11ax/be (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), MLO, Matter, Thread, DHCP, mDNS, HTTP User-Agent.Â
- Data analysis skills: able to interpret KPI dashboards, query device intelligence datasets, and draw actionable insights from quantitative data.Â
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, quarterly planning frameworks, and backlog management.Â
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to articulate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.Â
- Proficiency with product and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.Â
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).Â
What Will Make You Stand Out:Â
- A genuine curiosity about AI/ML and emerging networking technologies — you actively explore what’s next rather than waiting for direction.Â
- Data-driven mindset: you ground decisions in evidence and customer feedback, not assumption.Â
- You take full ownership of outcomes and follow through — getting your hands dirty when needed.Â
- Detail-oriented: you write precise requirements, track risks carefully, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Â
- Calm under pressure — you stay constructive and solution-focused when facing competing priorities or escalations.Â
- A collaborative team player who fosters strong relationships across product, engineering, delivery, and customer teams.Â
- Experience in working in a similar field and working with Device and/or Traffic identification products.Â
