Position Specific Description


As an AI Product Manager I supporting Nuclear, you'll support the day-to-day execution of transformative products like condition-based maintenance systems and work management automation that directly impact fleet reliability and cost efficiency. You'll collaborate with nuclear SMEs, data scientists, software engineers, and plant stakeholders to help prioritize features, participate in agile sprints, and contribute to rapid value delivery while learning the unique compliance and safety requirements of the nuclear environment. Your daily work involves translating technical capabilities into clear business value, helping remove blockers for your development teams, and supporting alignment between nuclear operations teams and leadership on product roadmaps and deployment timelines.


Job Overview

Employees in this role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical products. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.


Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions

  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations

  • Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries

  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development

  • Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
