ALM offers issuers multiple services to help them segment and manage their cardholder programs to operate more efficiently while optimizing their portfolio performance. Issuers enroll cardholders into the service and the data is shared with other Visa downstream systems to enhance the cardholder experience. ALM supports digital enablement strategies and provides extensive portfolio analysis services to gain insight into payment volume and portfolio profitability, including enhanced analytics and reporting options.
Visa's Global Buyer Product organization is seeking an undergraduate college intern to help the team drive the development and management of an innovative product that enables Visa to realize long-term organizational objectives. The intern will partner with global and regional product teams, sales, pricing, technology, client services and others to support client onboarding and management of product solutions that ensure the most effective utilization of Visa's global payment solutions.
**Job Description/Essential Functions**
Understand ALM capabilities and value proposition by developing subject matter expertise to understand how clients use ALM to launch cardholder programs in domestic and international markets.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to help develop go to market materials and communications that deliver against the product strategy.
Support global expansion efforts as we rollout ALM services to new markets outside the U.S. This may require help in training regional teams in the Product and CSS organizations for the AP, CEMEA, EU and LAC markets.
The ALM team works closely with Technology to deliver enhancements and new capabilities to issuers and processors throughout the year. There may be opportunities to participate in reviewing product designs, requirements and testing of new features and enhancements.
Manage process improvement initiatives to enhance existing business processes and to engage stakeholders from other teams across Visa.
Coordinate and assist in making updates to new and existing product documentation to incorporate changes in system functionality.
The Intern will be working directly to support the teams key objective to expand ALM services to global markets and to assist the team in developing and simplifying business processes to support internal stakeholders and clients around the globe.

Basic Qualifications:
* Currently involved in a Bachelors degree program, graduating between December 2022 - August 2023
* Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent scale)

* College intern interested in a product management role
* Customer-oriented, agile mindset
* High level of organization and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
* The candidate will interact with various levels of management across the organization as well as with external clients.
