Product Manager - NY

In this role you will work closely with leadership and other members of the team to help shape the future of Comeet and the Talent Acquisition space. Your job will be to create innovative products that help companies and candidates interact with each other to find the perfect match, all while making the experience more productive, fun and personal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand our business strategy and deliver products that solve real-world problems in the talent acquisition space
• Interact with customers to research the problems you’re tackling, test and refine solutions to solve these problems
• Collaborate with the design and engineering to scope and define the problems and imagine future solutions
• Design solutions that delight users - collaborate with a product designer and write design briefs for the technical team
• Manage the creation of new solutions through all development phases, delivering world-class product in every release
• Evaluate and refine solutions based on quantitative research using data analytics and qualitative research through interaction with customers
• Capture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize this work so our team is always working on the most impactful features
• Communicate new products to customers and educate customers about them by creating appealing and instructive content

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to think both creatively and analytically
• Passionate about design and user experience. Able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces
• Proven experience leading successful projects working with design and engineering peers
• Clear communicator in writing and in person
• Technical understanding of information architecture, architecture of complex web applications and software development processes
• Fast learner, highly empathetic and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Highly organized and self driven
