Product Manager - Payments

We’re looking for a driven Product Manager – Payments to play a pivotal role in shaping our payments strategy and delivering seamless customer experiences. This role is ideal for a self-starting professional with a passion for product development, user-centric design, and the dynamic world of digital payments.

As a Product Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of product discovery, roadmap definition, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work at the core of business and technology, transforming complex requirements into simple, value-driven solutions that delight users and drive business impact.

You're good at

• Gathering and prioritising requirements from users, internal teams, and regulatory sources to guide product development.


• Collaborating with UX and UI designers to translate business needs into compelling, user-focused solutions.


• Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and shared understanding with cross-functional development teams.


• Driving the delivery of initiatives from ideation to release, keeping roadmaps, backlogs, and progress well-structured and transparent.


• Managing stakeholders across business units, proactively communicating milestones, timelines, and product updates.


• Balancing risk, compliance, and innovation, particularly in a regulated industry like iGaming.


• Improving ways of working within Product Management through best practices, feedback loops, and agile methodologies.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience or certification in Product Management or Agile Project Management.


• Strong familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product delivery tools.


• Previous experience in financial services, payments, or iGaming.


• A background in working with remote or distributed teams.


• Startup experience or a passion for building products from the ground up.
