Job Description
Ares is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technology Product Manager to join our growing Legal, Risk & Compliance Technology team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our Compliance functions.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and Technology to define, prioritize, and execute key initiatives that align with broader business objectives. Serving as a strategic liaison between business strategy and technology execution, this person will design, build, and manage products that support organizational goals and strengthen our regulatory and operational capabilities.
This role requires a proactive, forward‑looking mindset to identify improvement opportunities, leverage innovative technologies, and ensure seamless integration across systems and processes. The Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle—spanning ideation, requirements definition, design, development, implementation, and post‑launch optimization—while collaborating with cross‑functional teams including IT, business partners, and external vendors.
A strong background in technology product management within Compliance domains is essential, along with exceptional communication, stakeholder‑management, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will also drive continuous enhancement of products and systems to improve operational efficiency, with a primary focus on Regulatory Compliance–related capabilities.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$200,000 - $225,000
