Job Description - Product Manager soft goods

Develop sustainable Gifts according to quality, design and margins within given time frame.
Build strong relationships with vendors/suppliers to get the best product delivered.
Drive the bags, stationary, umbrella and headwear collection plan and implement the right product mix to maximize the business.
Lead the launch of each collection, working across all teams; design, production, communication and sales teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively develop strategies and feature ideas to improve products plans based on business goals and KPIs.
Involve and excite the different stakeholders in this process

Based in the Netherlands
Frequent travel experience to Asia for Guangzhou Canton Fair
Excellent command of Dutch & English
Bachelor’s or university degree and a minimum of 3 years experience (retail or B2B) as a product manager
Strong awareness of the challenges in sustainable development
Strong communication skills as well as problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Great multitasking skills and capabilities to ensure deadlines
Proven research and project management capabilities
Excel skills
