Job Description - Product Marketing

Role Responsibilities: \n\nProduct Architecture, Configuration \u0026 Rules\n\n * Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Service and Spares product offerings and configurations based on Product Option Architecture.\n\n * Define sophisticated, data-driven Service products, product options, and purchase options.\n\n * Define data-driven product configuration, architecture, and rules.\n\n\n\n * Develop advanced configuration rules and compatibility, dependency logic, enabling Sales enablement teams to accurately configure and quote service products.\n\n * Establish best practices for configuration rule authoring, maintenance, and deployment using standardization.\n\n * Minimize exception handling through the use of product rules aligned with product definitions.\n\n * Architect the CPQ system for high maintainability and autonomy, enabling business teams to manage product life cycles and configuration changes with minimal IT dependency.\n\n\n\n\nProcess Improvements\n\n * Ability to analyze service product legal terms and conditions and work cross\u2011functionally with Legal team to finalize agreements.\n * Recommend process innovations and efficiencies through analysis, observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies. Generate actionable insights, metrics to measure, monitor and prevent issues before they occur.\n * Leverage AI and frugal process improvement ideas to optimize processes and deliver immediate results.\n * Develop workflows to minimize human touch, and enable guided selling for CPQ, including Subscription Service models.\n * Partner with execution teams on transformative projects to maximize business value and rewrite business processes with minimal disruption, author training material where required.\n * Author Business Requirement Documents for transformative, major, and minor enhancements. Singular point of contact for Cross functional Business teams and the IT solution team.\n\n\n\nCommunication Skills\n\n * Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n * Experience creating high-impact presentations and delivering compelling storytelling through data.\n * Proven analytical skills, with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to understand issues and identify solution options.\n\n\n\nTechnical Skills\n\n * Demonstrated hands-on technical proficiency with deep familiarity, the candidate must be able to work independently at a technical level with minimal assistance.\n * Languages and Tools: SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Databricks or others.\n * Methodologies: Hypothesis Testing, Regression Models, Statistics, and Time-series Analysis.\n * Core Competencies: Data Visualization, Data Mining, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analysis.\n * Exposure to AI enabled workflows, including agentic AI concepts and tools will be a plus.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, a Master\u2019s degree in Marketing is a plus\n\n * Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience with product portfolio management, product Marketing, preferably managing Service recurring revenue as a product.\n\n * 5-10 years of experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) product functionality and best practices, including native capabilities, customization, and integrations with external systems.\n\n * Proven experience with B2B sales processes(Order to Cash), including Forecasting, Opportunities, and CPQ.\n\n * Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence across cross-functional teams.\n\n * Ability to manage ambiguity, with a strong drive to optimize processes and create effective solutions.\n\n * Forward-thinking mindset to anticipate risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutions.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and time constraints.\n\n * Expert organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n10 - 15 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$171,500.00 - $236,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
