Who You Are:
We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Associate passionate about all aspects of product marketing including refining and optimizing marketing workflows; crafting, auditing, and improving help docs, and supporting cross-team and cross-department initiatives.
This pivotal role will serve as the cornerstone for ensuring our customers are equipped with clear, comprehensive guidance while concurrently fine-tuning our internal operations to amplify our marketing impact.
What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor and audit help documentation and feedback looking for ways to improve content.
Outline helpful video content to enhance help docs.
Work with other members of the Product Marketing team to have video content created.
Outline larger content initiatives that would benefit our customer base.
Work with Product Managers and Dev Team to facilitate the creation of documents as releases roll out.
Manage freelance content creators to assist in content creation at scale
Support product-related initiatives across internal teams.
Architect & execute split tests on product-related nurture campaigns.
Build and enhance Workflows that support cross-departmental initiatives.
What You'll Bring:

A deep and broad understanding of the HighLevel platform.
Enjoy writing about technical features in a way real users can easily understand.
Are highly organized with the ability to independently execute.
Ability to visualize issues from the perspective of our customers.
Ability to manage projects within the confines of specified budgets.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and capable of producing a highly polished final product.
Clear communicator with exceptional written and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand videos.
Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

At least one year of experience using HighLevel products and services.
At least one year of small/local business marketing experience.
At least one year of experience creating “how to”/help content.
Experience with video editing software (Camtasia, Screenflow, Capcut, Premier, Final Cut, etc.).
Experience with graphic design and photo editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
