We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join the team driving the evolution of Bazaarvoice’s solutions. You’ll play a central role in shaping product messaging and positioning, influencing roadmap strategy, enabling Sales and Client Success, and driving adoption and growth for the market leader solution.
What You'll Do:
- Impact the full client lifecycle, measured through bookings, adoption, retention and advocacy, by partnering and influencing cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Services and Enablement.
- Build compelling narratives that clearly differentiate Bazaarvoice as the premium offering in the ratings and reviews space.
- Define and execute GTM strategy for Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews releases, including launch positioning, messaging, internal and external enablement/comms, and ongoing adoption motions across different business sizes, personas, industries and geographies.
- Drive competitive positioning and de-positioning efforts with research-backed insight and strategic clarity.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management, influencing roadmap decisions with market context and go-to-market requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Enablement teams to equip the field with the tools they need to confidently sell, advise, advise on and support our Ratings & Reviews offering.
- Partner with Marketing Teams (Brand, Content, Digital, Growth, and Field Marketing) for coordinated demand generation, revenue-driving, and customer advocacy activities.
- Gather market intelligence and voice of the customer and produce quarterly reports to inform business strategy across cross-functional teams.
- Create clear, compelling sales and marketing collateral, from one-sheets and web copy to playbooks and pitch decks.
- Orchestrate a unified global strategy that empowers regional marketing teams (EMEA, APAC, NA) to execute with relevance in their local markets, while keeping our brand consistent..
What You'll Need:
- 5-8 years of product marketing or relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in ecommerce, martech or adtech.
- Proven experience owning GTM strategy for software solutions, and working cross-functionally to execute successful product and feature launches.
- Exceptional messaging and positioning skills; you are able to turn features into compelling stories that resonate with marketing and commerce leaders.
- Understanding of modern consumer behavior, especially in the ecommerce industry.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action. You know how to prioritize for highest impact, and are not afraid of experimenting and making mistakes.
- Thrives in ambiguity and in the opportunity to define their own strategy and scope for highest impact.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with our toolset is desired: Google Suite, Asana, Gemini, Confluence, JIRA, Crayon, Pendo.
- Understanding of and/or experience with our top industries is desired: Retail, Apparel & Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Health & Beauty, Food & Bev, Home & Garden.
