Key Responsibilities\n\nDevelops abstract scope business \u0026 marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share\n\nRecommends investment decisions for new product development\n\nConducts abstract competitive analysis for specific products or product lines. Drives Red Team Analysis\n\nAssists with abstract pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions\n\nPartners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements\n\nUnderstands technical and business environments. Assists with the development of strategies to meet business objectives\n\nSupports the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration\n\nManages release of abstract products through the end of their product life cycle\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field\n * Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function\n\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements \n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$174,000.00 - $239,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
