Job Description - Product Officer

Position Summary:
The Product Officer plays a key role in supporting product operations, business coordination, and documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage documentation, coordinate between departments, and assist in product-related tasks to ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow within a fintech environment.

Duties & Job Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product documentation, business workflows, user guides, and training material.
Assist in developing and documenting business requirements for product features.
Support internal coordination between the product, operations, compliance, and finance teams.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
Track and maintain product performance reports and operational insights.
Provide backup support to the team for daily operations when required.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of product lifecycle and documentation processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to conduct basic market and competitor research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create clear and concise product documentation, user guides, and reports.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and coordinating across departments.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, including providing operational support when needed.
Flexible and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
