Product Operations Associate

Position Summary:

To manage product inventory levels within ISlides ERP system, the ISlide website and partner accounts through ownership of the production creation process in systems. Collaborate with Licensing, Design and Marketing teams to brief, create & price product assortments for all channels. Manage factory ordering documents and drive creative ideas to bring new products to market. Ownership of external communications with overseas factory partners as well as maintaining internal communications on necessary next steps and critical information to drive strategic business decisions.

Essential Functions:

Upload all requested products to ISlide's website in a manner that ensures successful order flow to the production team and accurate data collection for sales and marketing

Handle product and SKU creation in SAP Business One, following proper process and ensuring successful order flow into the ERP system

Manage data integrity & royalty reporting elements of product creation according to guidelines set by the Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Manage E2E Inventory process & integration with partner systems including: source stock, SF stock & partner supply

Monitor inventory levels on a recurring schedule to prioritize relevant stock for key channels

Maintain Product Calendars & Tracking of inbound freight Inventory/Shipments

Assist in the Planning & Buying process for all skus, updating & communicating any changes based on real time inventory levels

Support Head of Product and Operations with product creation from briefing to development to launch stage

Collaborate with marketing on data & storytelling to launch creative collections that optimize revenue

Lead consumer insights initiatives that help make decisions on current or future product assortment (i.e. color, design, collections, collabs, etc) as well as competitive analysis on trends within the slide market.

Review product offerings on ISlide's website and partner websites, make recommendations to Licensing and Marketing teams to refresh our product assortment, including the removal and addition of products

Manage ISlide product catalog & style guide and make recommendations based on consistency of product offerings

Report inventory updates to the internal team regularly as well as assist on building impromptu reports designed to help make crucial decisions.

Assist the Head of Product and Operations on the inbound freight processes, and manage scheduling with this timeline in mind to ensure target dates are hit.

Input purchase orders from our factory partner into ISlide's ERP system, as well as external production systems with accuracy to keep integrity of financials and physical unit counts.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalent preferred.

Proficient in all Microsoft Excel and all other Microsoft Office programs or equivalent

Strong work ethic and proactivity

Strong communication skills in English; including listening, speaking, and writing

Maintain a creative, positive, solutions focused attitude

Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality with client information
