We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to support the delivery of an healthcare solution focused on claims validation and compliance automation. This role works closely with the Delivery Lead, Project Manager and cross functional teams to execute day-to-day backlog, requirements and delivery tasks.
 

• Support the Project Manger in maintaining and refining the product backlog
• Help in requirement gathering by engaging with Subject-matter experts
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria under guidance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support delivery 
• Assist in tracking KPIs (accuracy, automation, impact)
• Lead UAT and validation processes
• Help in adoption and continuous improvements

 

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles
• Genuine interest in healthcare and building solutions with real world impact

Success Metrics
• Timely, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Accurate up-to-date solution documentation
• Basic comfort with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Computer Engineering or related field
