We are partnering with a leading European fertility healthcare provider headquartered in Prague, currently driving a major transformation of its digital healthcare ecosystem. The organisation operates multiple clinics across Europe and is heavily investing in patient-facing platforms, digital services, and healthcare innovation.

To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of a modern Patient Portal platform integrated with core healthcare systems.

About the Role

As Product Owner, you will own the roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery of the Patient Portal platform, ensuring a seamless patient experience across digital touchpoints.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, clinical teams, engineering teams, and external development partners while ensuring successful integration with EMR, CRM, and other healthcare platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing



  • Define and drive the vision and roadmap for the Patient Portal

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and specifications

  • Prioritise backlog items based on business value and operational impact

  • Coordinate delivery activities with external development partners and internal teams

  • Support API and system integration initiatives with EMR and CRM platforms

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, workshops, demos, and feedback sessions

  • Define acceptance criteria and coordinate user acceptance testing

  • Support releases, production activities, and continuous product improvement

  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimisation






Requirements



  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar product-focused role

  • Strong background in digital products or web-based platforms

  • Excellent requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interoperability

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work closely with both technical and business teams

  • Delivery-oriented mindset with focus on user experience and business value

Nice to Have



  • Experience in healthcare, EMR systems, or patient-facing applications

  • Background in multi-country or multi-site digital platforms

  • Experience working with external software vendors or agencies

  • Knowledge of digital healthcare ecosystems and operational workflows
