noknok started in 2019 as the fastest grocery delivery app. We work in retail, specifically FMCG, but as a dark store; so, the customer does not enter physically the store, we offer a live-stock visibility and deliver within 30 minutes or less.

We are hiring a Product Owner — Ecosystem & Intelligence at noknok (Full-Time, HO) to turn customer retention into a habit.

The Mission

You will connect our digital ecosystem—linking noknok and Spinneys+ so multiple apps feel like one seamless experience for the customer.

• Connect the Brands: Build the systems that reward customer actions and create a single, unified profile for users across our brands.

• Power Personalization: Design the smart recommendations, search tools, and messaging features that our marketing team uses to reach customers.

• Focus on Real Habits: Measure success by repeat visits and long-term customer value, not just temporary campaign clicks.

• Experienced: 2+ years in Product Management, focusing on customer retention, personalization, or data products.

• Data-Driven: You love looking at data yourself to find out why customers keep coming back.

• Great Partner: You work easily with engineering, data, and marketing teams to get things built.
