Product Owner/Business Analyst/Developer - ASE

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Search Marketing Strategist with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support a portfolio of six subsidiary companies.

As part of our portfolio marketing team, you will report directly to the Portfolio Marketing Manager and collaborate with six company stakeholders across different industries. This role is critical in developing, executing, and optimizing organic and paid search marketing strategies that drive measurable growth across multiple businesses.

The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and an excellent communicator. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will regularly present insights, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and explain complex digital marketing results in a clear, business-focused way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring/project , planning, communication, coordination, and control
• Conducting customer presentations, workshops, user interviews, etc.
• Analyzing interdisciplinary project teams
• Analyzing and structured description of our customers' business processes (creating technical specifications and concepts)
• Monitoring the development and implementation of the concept
• Supporting the sales team
• Contributing own ideas and concepts for product development
• Customer-facing Professional Services
• Communication and coordination/control of customer projects
• Conducting customer presentations, workshops, user interviews
• Analyzing and description of customer’ business processes
• Creating concept and technical specification for developers
• Supporting sales for new customers, but own handling sales of modules and change requests of existing customers

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience/qualification
• Experience in process analysis, design, and digitalization
• Ideally, experience as a sub-project manager
• High degree of independence, along with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service
• Experience in software development ( backend and frontend ) in addition to knowledge/experience in software testing
• Passion for new topics and flexibility
• Structured and goal-oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment of different project aspects (business-related, organizational, analytical-conceptual, communicative)
• Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
