We’re looking for a Product Quality & Experience Lead —someone who obsesses over quality, loves solving real-world problems, and takes personal ownership of how products perform from the factory floor to the final install.

What You’ll Do


Own the End-to-End Product Experience


You’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, manufacturing, support, marketing, and installers—ensuring Oracle products deliver a premium, installer-friendly experience every time.


Spot Issues Before They Become Problems


You’ll proactively monitor:



  • Customer reviews & installer feedback

  • Early warning trends across product lines


Then dig into the why—connecting issues back to specs, processes, packaging, instructions, or real-world use.


Drive Real Fixes (Not Just Reports)



  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Collaborate directly with product engineers using Six Sigma principles

  • Validate engineering changes and ensure fixes actually stick


Protect the Brand from Counterfeits


You’ll lead monitoring efforts across marketplaces, social platforms, and unauthorized sellers—coordinating takedowns and strengthening product authentication safeguards.


Shape Product Launch Readiness


Before products hit the market, you’ll:



  • Review them through a quality and installer-experience lens

  • Identify confusion points or risk areas

  • Support internal training for sales, support, and partners


Be the Voice of the Installer


You’ll audit real install experiences—fitment, instructions, packaging, ease of use—and translate field feedback into actionable product and process improvements.




How Success Is Measured



  • Fewer repeat issues and RMAs

  • Faster root-cause resolution

  • Improved product reviews and installer feedback

  • Reduced install-related support tickets

  • Faster counterfeit detection and response

  • Stronger alignment across engineering, QC, and operations



What You Bring



  • Experience in quality control, product management, or manufacturing support
    (automotive, electronics, or consumer goods preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to translate real-world feedback into technical or process improvements

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication

  • Detail-driven, ownership-minded, and proactive by nature
