Our team is searching for a Product Regulations Specialist to support the Agricultural Solutions (AP) businesses in North America. As a member of the Operations & Supply Chain team you will be based in Research Triangle Park, NC.

You will support the safety and regulatory compliance necessary for our products, operating in a cross functional environment having significant involvement with teams such as Business Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations, Manufacturing sites, Product Registrations and Development.

As a Product Regulations Specialist - Research Triangle Park, NC, You Create Chemistry By...

• Proactively managing masterdata to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the US and Canada for pesticides, fertilizers, biological components, and chemicals.

• Providing GHS classifications, conducting quality assessments of content, and authoring safety data sheets (SDS).

• Actively participating in cross functional product launch activities, conducting regulatory reviews of each product and raw material to ensure proper set up in the SAP systems, including evaluating all new and extended articles.

• Monitoring the blocked orders in SAP, and with support from senior peers as needed, quickly evaluating reasons for blocks, and problem solving to provide stakeholder guidance on block release, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Showing developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to ensure attention to details while successfully balancing multiple tasks.

• Demonstrating strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

If you have...

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry, Toxicology, Sciences, or other technical discipline.

• Relevant experience working in a Regulated or EHS environment, preferably FIFRA and/or GHS.

• Strong computer skills to monitor and navigate established systems applications and procedures that ensure data quality e.g., Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.

• Experience in SAP, or the ability to quickly acquire SAP proficiency is required.
