Job Description - Product Regulatory Compliance Technical Program Manager

We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. \n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nWithin the Global Products Group, the Product Regulatory Compliance Organization is dedicated to the successful implementation and control of restricted materials, regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, and sustainability requirements across Lam\u2019s product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nAs a Technical Program Manager at Lam, you will lead cross-functional regulatory compliance programs from initiation through delivery. You will directly contribute to ensuring Lam delivers compliant products globally, reduces regulatory and business risk, and supports customer and sustainability commitments through disciplined execution, governance, and traceability. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Lead end-to-end execution of global product regulatory compliance programs \n * Translate regulatory and sustainability requirements into actionable technical execution plans \n * Partner with Engineering, Software \u0026 Controls, Product Safety, Sustainability SMEs, IT, EHS, Trade, Analytics, and Legal \n * Integrate regulatory and sustainability requirements into Product Development \u0026 Release (PDR) and eDMS workflows \n * Support sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, and customer inquiries \n * Perform data collection, analysis, and dashboard reporting to support compliance programs \n * Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; drive mitigation and escalation \n * Lead change management to ensure long-term adoption of compliance controls\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 8+ years, Master\u2019s with 6+ years, or equivalent experience \n * 6+ years of technical program management or continuous improvement experience \n * Experience leading cross-functional programs in regulated environments \n * Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills \n * Ability to read and interpret regulatory texts and convert them into technical execution\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Experience supporting Product Regulatory Compliance, Product Safety, or Sustainability programs \n * Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience \n * Familiarity with Product Development \u0026 Release (PDR) processes \n * Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) \n * Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or formal project management methodologies \n * Experience leveraging automation or AI for process optimization \n * Exposure to cybersecurity or software-related regulatory requirements \n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $104,000.00 - $231,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
