Location: Houston, TX 
Salary: $30 – $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, working closely with our sales representatives and product managers to ensure that our products reach the right customers effectively. Your organizational skills and customer-focused approach will contribute significantly to our sales performance and help us achieve our business goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and processing orders promptly.


• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including presentations and sales materials.


• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.


• Support the sales team by organizing meetings, coordinating schedules, and handling communications.


• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products as necessary.


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.


• Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
