We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.

The Product Specialist is responsible for providing in-depth expertise on a specific product or product line, acting as the key contact for both internal and external customers. This role involves supporting sales efforts, addressing technical questions, gathering market insights, and contributing to product improvements. The successful candidate should have a mechanical background and the ability to work with manufacturers in China to identity faults when product issues arise.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including upper management, customer service, and supplier


• Identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions


• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to quality control and safety


• Develop, implement, and maintain a training program


• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS)


• Report project updates, such as timeline, issues, and budget, to upper management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a group setting


• Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Pay: $20-$23 (estimated)
