Product Specialist

Essential Duties include (but not limited to):

• Conduct Lubron Sales order entry, quote follow up and tracking.


• Preform proposal development and coordination.

• Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products.


• Gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets. 


• Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.


• Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential, target applications, build rates, timelines, and regularly scheduled program reviews.


• Assisting the Product Managers and Business Development Manager with commercial and technical proposals.


• Leading customer audits and working closely to ensure all necessary departments are involved, prepared, and able to support customer requests.


• Assisting in the development of marketing literature.


• Tracking of divisional programs and objectives.


• Coordinating process and procedure improvement / implementation.


• Perform receptionist and customer service responsibilities, including answering, screening, and routing telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, and responding to customer inquiries.

• Perform administrative and office support activities, including scanning, faxing, sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and data entry.

• Perform other related duties as determined and directed by supervisor.


• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Requirements include the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  
  
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated and resourceful – think outside the box.
  
  
  • Detail orientated individual with a good work ethic.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  
  
  • Ability to prioritize and solve practical problems.
  
  
  • Ability to apply basic concepts of math and analyze results.
  
  
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft® Access, Excel, and Word programs
  
  
  
  

MIN/MAX: $70k-$72k
