A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate or experienced professional to work as a Product Specialist, joining a market -leading disruptive software technology firm in New York. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. This is an ideal time to join this growing organisation and be guided by some of the brightest minds in this field. On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the sales team to deliver Proof of Concepts and assist with live customer projects for a machine learning platform.
Location: Opportunities in New York (Manhattan) – initially full -time in the office; after 3 months hybrid can be discussed
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + bonus + healthcare, pension, etc.
Requirements for Product Specialist:
- A minimum of a 3.4 GPA bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM or Law or related discipline
- Fantastic academic history through High School & University (please ensure all achievements are listed on your resume)
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
- Excellent customer -facing skills
- A motivated self -starter with a problem -solving attitude
- Strong aptitude for picking up technologies
- Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
- Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
Responsibilities for Product Specialist:
- You will be the main point of contact and liaise with clients, internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
- Manage live customer projects from planning to final review
- Provide customer training to new and existing customers
- Deliver workflow advice to customers using the product
- Identify significant new projects
- Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team
- Gain an in -depth understanding of the company’s technology so you can advise customers how to import/export data
- Provide updates to the management team on accounts
