Compensation (Hourly /Commission):

• Performance-based earnings range: $4,000 - $6,000+ per month

Summary:

The Product Specialist helps customers understand and use the technology and features of their vehicles, ensuring a positive and informed ownership experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a pressure-free experience that helps customers learn about Jaguar Land Rover features and technology.
• Assess customer knowledge and priorities to tailor the experience.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits clearly.
• Troubleshoot technology features as needed.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles and stay up to date on competitor features.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions or provide additional training.
• Direct customers to useful resources and guides.
• Visit the lounge to engage customers and share product information.
• Support and train sales and service staff on key technologies.
• Conduct new owner clinics as needed.

• Previous automotive dealership experience required.
• Familiar with automotive technology and features.
• Able to clearly explain and demonstrate vehicle technologies to customers.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a product specialist with a high-line or luxury automotive brand.

Compensation (Hourly /Commission):

• Performance-based earnings range: $4,000 - $6,000+ per month
  • Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• Weekend availability required
• Sundays Always Off
