Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Specialist that will setup new clients with our clients online permit tracking SaaS product, working closely with their clients contacts to ensure a smooth implementation. Setup activities are followed by client training, workflow documentation, and software configuration to ensure the system will successfully meet or exceed the client's needs.
Following implementation, the Product Specialist provides excellent remote customer service for clients to ensure success with their products. An ideal candidate will use problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide user guidance related to our software products and related technologies.

Skills and Requirements
Experience Implementing SaaS products for Government clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and configuring permitting work flow at the municipal, housing, building, public sector, State, Government, or County level.
Experience configuring, troubleshooting and deploying SaaS product updates for existing and new clients.
Experience responding to client support requests, phone calls and emails. o Experience with local government operations in permitting and licensing.
o Experience utilizing Schneider Geospatial's SimpliCITY software products.
o Experience working with SQL and Relational Database Management systems.
Experience with (SQL) or (RDBMS). null
