Product Specialist Private Equity

We are looking for our next
team member who will contribute to build our expertise in Private Equity in
Switzerland.

Your main responsibilities:

-         
Fundamental research

Leads the research
framework to source, identify and analyse appropriate investment opportunities
to be invested by our funds or through co -investment opportunities. Presents
investment cases to the Investment Committee and monitors ongoing investments
upon validation of the investment case, preparing periodic reports on the
target companies, engaging with its management when required and reporting to
senior members of the company.

Leads financial modeling including
sensitivity analysis to support investment cases. Participates in establishing
strategies for specific portoflio companies to increase revenue, improve
operations and/or strengthen financial controls in order to increase
shareholder value.

Participates in elaborating
educational contents on the private equity markets for internal and external
use.

Internal Communication

Leads the coordination of
Sales queries relating to Private Equity, organising face -to -face meetings or
calls for the purpose of presenting an investment opportunity or more broadly
the private equity markets to our internal workforce.

-         
External Communication

Leads the coordination of
face -to -face meetings and calls with external parties (industry participants, target
companies, external counsel, clients when asked by our Sales) in order to:
either deepen understanding of the identified opportunities, monitor portfolio
companies or promote Lynceus Partners' expertise in Private Equity externally.
Participates in Public Relationship events as and when required, including
writing articles for external publications, posts for our LinkedIn page and
other communication channels, physical events and conferences.

What experience and
background we are looking for:

• Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in
  Finance, Economics, Engineering…
  
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a
  private equity analyst or a similar position.
  
• A deep knowledge of the private equity
  markets or a willingness and interest to develop professional competencies
  in this class of assets
  
• Proficient with the Office suite (Excel
  and Powerpoint)
  
• The ability and willingness to work in an
  entrepreneurial environment
  
• Fluent English; other languages would be a
  plus, with a preference with French.
