Product Strategist

We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Product Strategist to define and guide the long-term direction of our product portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping product vision, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with customer insight and technical understanding to drive product innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive execution.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user data to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new features, markets, or product lines.
• Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Align stakeholders and communicate product vision, strategy, and outcomes to leadership.
• Evaluate risks and ensure product decisions align with organizational objectives and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback, and iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or business strategy roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful product strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with product analytics tools, market research, and customer insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
