Position: Manager or Senior Manager (Product Strategy)

Your Impact:

• Drive clinical market research with top specialists to identify unmet medical needs
  


• Shape product strategies, from clinical positioning to competitive analysis and commercialization
  


• Analyze product performance and collaborate with marketing for strategic insights
  


• Lead innovation cycles, working cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing
  


• Support scientific analysis and clinical data evaluation for licensing and M&A opportunities
  

Requirements

• Advanced Degree: Master’s or Doctorate in natural sciences (medicine, molecular biology, pharmacology, or related fields)
  


• Industry Expertise: Background in medicine, translational research, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  


• Innovative Mindset: Proven ability to identify unmet medical needs and transform them into groundbreaking products, development strategies, or commercialization plans
  


• Analytical & Strategic Skills: Experience in qualitative/quantitative analysis to drive product innovation and market strategies
  


• Strong Communication & Leadership: Fluent in English with excellent project management, strategic thinking, and teamwork abilities
