Job Description - Product Support Coordinator

Role Description and Expectations 


Administrative & Customer Service Support 



  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls 



  • Provide customer service support and client communication 



  • Handle lead intake and initial inquiry processing 



  • Perform data entry and general office administrative tasks 


HOA Applications & Approvals 



  • Process and manage HOA applications and approval submissions 



  • Track status of applications and follow up as needed 



  • Communicate with HOAs regarding requirements and approvals 



  • Maintain documentation and compliance records 


Permitting Support (Backup Role) 



  • Assist with permit applications and documentation 



  • Communicate with building departments regarding permits 



  • Support inspection scheduling and tracking 



  • Maintain permitting records and status updates 



  • Serve as backup support to the Permitting Coordinator as needed 


Scheduling Support (Cross-Training Role) 



  • Provide scheduling assistance during peak workload periods 



  • Serve as backup for scheduling coordination 



  • Help ensure smooth workflow and prevent operational bottlenecks 


Marketing & Event Support 



  • Represent the company at event shows and marketing initiatives 



  • Support Stronghouse marketing efforts as needed 



  • Provide customer engagement and lead generation support at events 


Operational Support & Growth Alignment 



  • Cross-train across multiple departments to increase team flexibility 



  • Provide additional coverage during team absences 



  • Support anticipated company growth, expanded trades, and increased permitting needs 





    • Contribute to long-term operational stability and scalability
