Job Description - Product Support Engineer - Quality & Diagnostics

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Quality Test Engineer- Quality & Diagnostics to join our team in Mossville, IL! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! This role offers field technical support and fleet management to maximize machine performance, equip dealers with essential tools like parts and service information for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, and deliver round-the-clock technical support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Investigating warranty and failure claims for quality opportunities, answering dealer technical service inquiries, collaborating with engineering departments across the company, internally reporting on product quality

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required and 5 years of relevant experience is required
