Product Support Specialist

Summary: The Product Support Specialist supports the Product Manager in a wide variety of activities related to creating and selling manufactured items. The PSS works with a wide range of internal customers including Product Manager, Product Data Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Production and Sales.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with new item set up 
• Specification documentation
• Supporting special sales requests – ex. Samples, information 
• Price Book updates 
• Production support – Specifications, documentation, QA…. 
• Customer portals (secondary resource)  
• Supports cycle counting efforts 
• Processing incoming raw material receiving 
• Assists with confirmation of shipments for invoicing purposes 
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, (1-2) year experience in manufacturing office environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• Data entry experience
• Service mindset likes a broad variety of activities.
