Production - 1st Shift Filler Operator

Milkco is looking to hire a 1st Shift Filler Machine Operator in our Production Department. This full-time position works 5:00 AM until 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday with an alternating Saturday shift (only 5 shifts total per week).

Compensation Information:

• Automatic 60-Day Pay Review


• Automatic Annual Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).


• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.


• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.

Experience:

• Will train the right person.


• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.


• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.


• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
