Production & Assembly Technician Compensation:
Competitive pay of $16.00/hour

Consistent 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday schedule (with some overtime as needed)
Primary Responsibilities:
Safely using tools and equipment to cut and assemble hydraulic hoses (and other products) according to production guidelines and customer specifications
Wearing PPE, maintaining a neat work area, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve company goals
Complying with all safety procedures, quality standards, company policies, and customer requirements
Completing and submitting inspection paperwork
Identifying and working through the noncomformance of products
Serving as a positive example for your team
Participating in additional training to keep expanding your skills and learn different parts of the business

REQUIREMENTS
18+ years old
Ability to use equipment and tools like saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
Physical ability to safely lift 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
Ability to apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) and use/read tape measures/digital calipers
Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25+ wpm
Ability to balance priorities, work with a sense of urgency, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with other teams
Willingness to learn and follow standard company practices
Forklift certification (preferred); we will train if needed!
