Job Overview:
This is a hands-on, cross-functional support role ideal for someone looking to grow in the cannabis industry. You’ll assist in production, inventory, compliance, deliveries, customer communication, and analytical/lab tasks. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to learn are key.
⚠️ Please Note: This position involves assisting with and potentially operating equipment in our analytical department, including HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, and GC-FID systems. Prior lab experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
•Act as a backup driver and cross-train in transportation/logistics (must be capable and willing to drive, and have a valid driver’s license)
•Assist in retail product preparation and packaging
•Support inventory management, including ERP data entry and METRC tagging/compliance
•Help maintain cleanliness and organization in production and storage areas
•Assist the analytical/lab department, including working with or near HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, and GC-FID systems
•Assist with outbound sales calls as needed
•Communicate with processors, dispensaries, and customers professionally and clearly
•Perform general warehouse and operational duties across departments
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
•Open availability between 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday
•Valid driver’s license required
•Familiarity with METRC, ERP systems, or cannabis compliance
•Bonus: Experience or interest in lab or analytical equipment such as HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, and GC-FID
•Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with customers
•Reliable, organized, and a strong team player
•Comfortable working across multiple departments and learning new skills
