Production & Fulfillment Associate

Belstra Milling Co. is a family-owned agricultural business based in Demotte, IN. We are searching for a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with strong office and customer service skills who is comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment as needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities to learn and earn certification (included but not limited to):

• Correctly enter feed orders into our Feed Mill Manager manufacturing program
• Print orders, tags, BOL’s and related documents
• Scan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate records
• Assist walk-in customers, phone customers and pickups
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions
• Setup and coordinate shipping and delivery information
• Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTL’s
• Communicate fulfillment timing issues and changes with internal personnel and to customers
• Assist with various Warehouse and Production tasks including 10# line, bagging, labeling and other tasks as needed
• Willingness to learn and be able to operate a forklift

• Ability to think and plan ahead
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 60-pounds
• Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, noisy environment
• Withstand exposure to seasonal weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment
• This positon requires the ability to walk, kneel, bend, climb, etc.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Relevant experience preferred, but not required
• Customer service and fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• Shipping and Freight setup experience preferred, but not required
