Job Description - Production and Installation Tech

Job Summary
We’re looking for candidates with experience in sign production/fabrication and installation. The right candidates will be professional, coachable, self-motivated, self-confident, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment. This role will have an immediate impact on the overall operations of the business and will have room for growth.

Responsibilities

Operate sign production technology including printers, cutters, and laminators

Operate power tools, panel saws, and other equipment safely and according to best practices

Back end operations such as laminating and finishing signs for installation

Installation at client sites both indoors and outdoors

Assist in driving and improving work processes and procedures

Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Consult/interface with customers

Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

Qualifications

Print production experience

Vinyl application experience

Sign finishing experience including lamination, weeding, and readying for installation

Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients and vendors

Ability to find and execute creative solutions

Ability to work independently

Not Required but Desirable Skills

Experience with Adobe Illustrator

Experience with project management software

Experience with vehicle graphics installation
