About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused leader to oversee daily production and packaging operations. This role is responsible for keeping workflows efficient, compliant, and on schedule while leading a team to consistently hit production goals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Excel, thrive in a regulated environment, and be flexible when business needs require schedule adjustments. We are in an exciting growth phase, regularly expanding our product lineup with new SKUs and innovations. This is a normal part of our business, and adaptability is key. Pay increases are based on performance and evaluated during scheduled reviews, not tied to the addition of new products.
Core Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate the production and packaging team to meet daily quotas and uphold quality and compliance standards
Oversee knock box room operations and maintain productivity throughout the day
Create and manage Metrc tags and items for each SKU after packaging
Manage labeling operations, ensuring accuracy for strain names, batch numbers, potency, dates, warnings, and special orders
Track and organize inventory of labels and packaging materials, replenishing as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready packaging and knock box areas
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
Provide daily production reports to management and communicate across departments
Train new hires, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct formal performance reviews every 90 days
Hold team members accountable for meeting production and compliance standards

Professional, collaborative, and drama free
Requirements
Must be 21 or older with a valid Oregon OLCC marijuana permit
Experience in cannabis production or high-volume manufacturing
Proficiency in Excel and basic data tracking
