Production & Shipping Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for a wide range of production functions, including preparation of payroll checks for delivery, stocking production room with supplies and trouble shooting printers.  This is a great opportunity to learn the payroll industry from the ground up.  

Fulfillment Specialist Job Description:

• Operate printers, inserters, and other equipment as needed


• Prepare payroll checks and reports for delivery to clients


• Route packages for delivery


• Stock production room with supplies (envelopes, paper, check stock) as needed


• Maintain adequate inventory for all supplies used in the production process


• General office duties--scanning, filing, data entry


• Schedule equipment maintenance appointments with vendors

Candidate Profile:

• High School Diploma required


• Must be conscientious and have the ability to read and follow written instructions


• Must be able to lift 40 pounds


• Physical ability to stand continuously for 4-5 hours


• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks under time sensitive demands


• Have the ability to work with little or no supervision
