Job Description - Production & Supply Planner

Join Maytronics as a Production & Supply Planner where you will coordinate and optimize production schedules and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production capabilities.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans as necessary to prevent shortages.
Prepare reports on production performance and supply chain metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with production scheduling software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
